Dr. Manny Ahmed

Founder & CEO

Manny has been on a mission to build evidentiary value back into media for his entire career. As part of his PhD at the University of Cambridge, he designed the underlying technology that OpenOrigins is built on. He received his Masters from ETH Zurich and has previously worked at RKVST and nCipher Security, and has built anonymous whistleblowing tools for news organizations.

Ari Abelson

Co-Founder & Chief Strategy Officer

Over the last decade, Ari has helped startups build growth and community strategies. He has a background in mis/disinformation research, having collaborated with major tech companies and governments to combat misinformation. Ari holds an MSc from the London School of Economics, and has previously worked with Moonshot CVE, LSHTM and has contributed to projects commissioned by the MoD and Facebook.
